Storage Room space for rent in Lower Hutt

This Storage/Rumpus Room is located in Stokes Valley, Lower Hutt and available to rent. This is a secure, very tidy, carpeted, locked room seperate from our house. This is strictly for storage purposes only. There is usually someone at home so pretty much you can access the rumpus room anytime. Just kindly let us know the date & time. We will have the key at all times. The room only has a folded threadmill inside. This is to be kept there at all times. Our property has a fence & a gate.

Contact me once the booking is confirmed. We will keep the key to the storage/rumpus room at all times. Kindly give us at least a day notice before your visit. A 3 weeks notice is needed before you plan to remove your things & end the contract with us. We will also give you a 3 weeks notice if we need the space back. The storage/rumpus room has a built-in cabinet which has our personal belongings. These things are to be kept there & is not included on the space to be rented. As mentioned above, a folded threadmill is also at the room as it is too heavy to be removed. It only occupies a small space since it is foldable. If you have any concerns, we would appreciate to let us know as soon as possible. Thank you.
