Nook connects Hosts with spare space to Renters who need storage. Here's how our simple fee structure works.

For a space listed at $30/week with an estimated 3-month booking:
Booking Fee = $10 + (4% × $30 × 3 months)
Booking Fee = $10 + $3.60 = $13.60
Note: For bookings estimated longer than 6 months, the calculation is capped at 6 months.
For a space listed at $50/week:
Weekly rent received: $50
Commission (10%): -$5.00
Host receives: $45.00 per week
Hosts are typically paid within 4 business days of a successful renter charge.
To protect our Hosts, Nook holds up to 2 weeks' rent in advance from Renters. If a Renter's payment fails after multiple attempts, this advance may be released to cover Host losses. See our Guarantee page for more details.
What you see is what you pay. There are no signup fees, listing fees, or cancellation penalties beyond the standard terms outlined above.
