I'm an artist looking for a space I can use for a studio for painting in. I'm looking for a secure shed garage or basement room that is dry and secure that I have sole access to. I would need to be able to use the space from 9.00 am till 7.00 pm any day of the week. And I would need access to a toilet. I'm NOT looking for somewhere to live, I have a home it's just that it is too small to work in!
