The existing garage at the rear of the property is 9m x 3.6m (door height TBC), and is mostly insulated and has power, water and wifi.
Other service connections could be provided if required. Fencing could also be provided.
It is suitable for storage (eg jetski, boat, car) and/or workshop or even office (at a stretch).
The bus stop on Esmonde Road is the last stop before the bus goes over the harbour bridge, and there is a large Woolworths in walking distance.
Takapuna beach, cafes, bars and shops are also in walking distance.
There is a secure electric gate, however it and the driveway are somewhat narrow at 2.8m.
Currently contains random stuff, will be cleared out over the next month.
The minimum booking for this space is 1 month. If you want to book long-term check with the host. If things change, donβt worry, you just need to provide 3 weeks notice to end your booking.
